Principal
Julie Steffens is a principal for Lawrence Group and co-leads the firm’s education practice. She joined the firm in 1999 and brings more than 20 years of experience to the education practice. Julie understands the unique challenges facing academic institutions. Most recently, Julie provided project leadership for the University of Illinois-Springfield Campus Master Plan and Southeast Missouri State University Campus Master Plan. She is passionate about understanding client needs and implementing best design and planning principles across all disciplines.
