KWK Architects, with design-build team members Whiting Turner and alm2s of Denver, Colorado are excited to announce being awarded the Williams Village East Residence Hall for the University of Colorado-Boulder. The Whiting Turner team (which included alm2s and prinicpals from KWK Architects) completed the neighboring Williams Village North student housing development in 2011.
The new seven-story residence hall will house 700 students in communities of 35 beds; each community includes a study room and open lounge. The $79 million project will open in 2019.
